JOHNNY HALLYDAY

Johnny has always surrounded himself with good players.

Like for example, Jimmy Page.

Spooky Tooth's guitarist Mick Jones and producer Glyn Johns had Jimmy flown to Paris to play with Hallyday.

Jimmy Page played on two Hallyday cuts from 1967, “A Tout Casser” and “Psychedelic".

Page in the solo in “Psychedelic” uses a trademark bending lick a la Albert King that he would use a few years later in one of the guitar breaks in “Whole Lotta Love”.
